Any products ordered by Enquiry, (specific order for Customer) from Stores’ display or catalogue range are non-cancellable
All products apart from these, can be cancelled before dispatch

Conditions for return
Goods where packaging has been tampered with will not be accepted for returns
The returned products/ SKUs should be in original condition of dispatch, i.e. complete with all parts that it was sold with
All returns will be accepted in case of supplier issues of in transit damage, incorrect SKU dispatch or expired products
Customized or bulk Orders will not be accepted for return
Goods sold under certain scheme/ promotions will not be accepted for return
Mode of Refund
Refund will be in the form of Credit Notes which will be valid for 1 year
Reverse Logistics Charges
In case of any issues of return related to in transit damage, incorrect SKU dispatch or expired products (Supply Side Issues), Stores will bear the reverse logistics charges
For Customer Related Issues (wherever Returns are accepted), customer will bear the reverse logistics charges
Replacement Policy
Our
replacement policy allows customers to get a replacement of the product
within the specified timelines mentioned below if it is found to be
functionally defective or is not as in accordance with specifications as
advertised
In such a case, please report the issue to us at . Post validation of the complaint, we would initiate the replacement procedures.
Conditions for Replacement:
Product will be eligible for replacement for only under following scenarios:
Product delivered is defective or damaged.
Wrong product delivered.
Item received has missing parts or accessories.
Products
will only be replaced if they are unused, in their original packaging
along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual,
warranty card and invoices, accessories, freebies and original boxes,
subject to quality checks.
Replacement is subject to be accepted or rejected basis quality checked.
After receiving original product, the replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping.
If
an eligible product is out of stock, it cannot be replaced however the
customer can return the same as per terms of Returns Policy.
∙Product can be replaced only once.
Customers
can also visit the store for replacement with a prior intimation and
get a replacement request ID created on their behalf from store team by
calling on Store team has the right to verify the replacement request before creating a replacement request ID.
